Using Salesnet to Access FootPrints Issues

To access a contact's support information from your Salesnet account:

  1. Log into Salesnet.
  2. Select a contact from the list of contacts.  The contact information is displayed in a new window.
  3. In the contact window, select the support link at the bottom of the Contact's Main Information section of the contact pop-up.  A new pop-up is displayed showing the FootPrints Issues list.  The FootPrints support link name is determined by the administrator when configuring the account.  There may be several different links at the bottom of the Contact's Main Information section; contact your administrator if you do not know which link is the FootPrints support link.

You can now view the FootPrints Issues.

Working with FootPrints Issues from Salesnet

When the Issues list is displayed in the pop-up, several FootPrints functions are available for viewing different aspects of the Issues.  The available functions are:
