To connect to Software Remote, it is recommend the Citrix Workspace App be downloaded and installed from: www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/.

Steps:

1. "Add Account, enter your work email or server address provided by your IT Department:" Enter: goremote.itap.purdue.edu
2. Enter your Purdue Career Account login for “Username”
3. Enter your Purdue Career Account password for “Password”

NOTE: You must use a Purdue VPN connection when connecting to Software Remote.  To connect to a Purdue VPN, please see How do I connect to the Purdue VPN?

Your Purdue Career Account home directory will be mounted as drive W: on the Software Remote server and will be accessible to the application you are running.
