ISSUE:

Configure Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 for eduroam Wi-Fi access for both Calumet & North Central Purdue Northwest campus locations.

RESOLUTION:

1.      Open Wi-Fi networks by left clicking on the signal strength icon located in the system tray. 

2.       Click on the eduroam Wi-Fi network

3.       Click connect

4.       Enter your username@pnw.edu or username@purdue.edu and your current password then click OK to connect.

5.       Right Click on Wi-Fi signal strength icon in the system tray the eduroam connection  

6.       Click on Wi-Fi (eduroam) link.

7.       Click Wireless Properties and select the security tab.

8.       Uncheck“Remember my credentials for this connection each time I’m logged on” is unchecked then Click OK. You will then have to reconnect to eduroam using the same process from steps 1-4.
