How to configure eduroam Wi-Fi on Mac OSX
ISSUE:
Configure Mac OSX for eduroam Wi-Fi access.
RESOLUTION:
1. Click on the Wi-Fi icon in the top right of your screen. Make sure it says Wi-Fi: On at the top of the drop down menu. Click on eduroam in the list of available networks.
2. Make the appropriate selection for the following fields:
a. Username: Your username@pnw.edu or username@purdue.edu
b. Password: Your current password
c. Click Join
3. If a window mentioning a certificate mentioning frrad2.purduecal.edu pops up click Trust.
4. Verify that you are able to load an internet webpage.
Note if you change your password you will need to update the password for eduroam manually or you will be locked out when your device attempts to connect to the eduroam Wi-Fi.
