When configuring eduroam for the Chromebook the tech must first:

1. Connect to AT&T WiFi and accept the terms and conditions on a web page
2. Navigate to any website
3. Forget AT&T WiFi while the web page is open
4. Follow the below instructions for configuring eduroam

These steps will help you configure a Chromebook to work on eduroam.

RESOLUTION:

1.      When prompted to set up eduroam on a Chrome book:

a.     The EAP method is to be set to PEAP

b.      Phase 2 authentication is to be set to MSCHAPv2

c.       Server CA certificate is to be set to Do not check

d.      Identity is username@pnw.edu 

e.      Anonymous identity is to be left blank

f.        Please note if you are using an older version of a Chrome book and do not have the Server CA Certificate option, eduroam might not work on your chrome book.
